Categories we accept

Cars & Sedans
1995-present

Cars and sedans typically go to auction, where they can fetch a good price, or they may be refurbished for resale. If they are not in great shape, they can also be parted out or recycled, ensuring any usable parts find a new home.

Alabama’s urban areas see many sedans on the roads, making these donations particularly impactful for those who rely on affordable transportation.

Pickup Trucks
1990-present

Pickup trucks usually attract a lot of interest at auction or are sold to be refurbished. Some may be broken down for parts if they are older or damaged, contributing to local mechanics and businesses.

In Alabama, trucks are popular for both work and recreation, making them a vital option for many donor families.

SUVs & Crossovers
2000-present

SUVs typically have a great resale value and often get sold at auction or through local dealerships. They can also be used for parts if needed, benefiting the community.

With families often choosing SUVs for their spaciousness, these vehicles can help many in our state find reliable transportation.

Motorcycles
1995-present

Motorcycles may be auctioned to enthusiasts or sold for parts if they are older or not running. This helps support the local biking community while generating funds.

Motorcycling is a beloved pastime in Alabama, especially during the cooler months, and donations help support local riding clubs.

RVs & Campers
2000-present

RVs and campers can be auctioned to those looking to hit the open road, or they may be dismantled for parts if they are too old or damaged to be used as-is.

With Alabama’s beautiful landscapes, RVs are popular for family getaways, making their donation a great way to give back.

Boats
1990-present

Boats can be sold at auction, and if they’re not in sailing condition, they may be recycled for parts or materials, supporting local marine services.

Along Alabama's beautiful coastlines and lakes, boat donations help maintain our vibrant local fishing and recreational communities.

Commercial Vehicles
1995-present

Commercial vehicles are often sold to businesses or entrepreneurs who can refurbish them for work. Parts from older vehicles can support local small businesses as well.

Alabama’s growing economy is filled with small businesses in need of reliable vehicles, making these donations essential.

Non-running Vehicles
pre-1990 and onward

Non-running vehicles are often sold for parts, helping others get their vehicles back on the road or recycled for material use. Every part counts!

In Alabama, many folks have old vehicles sitting around that can still provide value, turning them into help for fellow neighbors.

Condition guide

When considering a vehicle donation, it’s important to understand how the condition of your vehicle impacts its eligibility. Running vehicles are straightforward, as they can typically be sold or auctioned with ease. Non-running vehicles can still be valuable; even if they aren't functioning, they can be used for parts or recycled. We accept vehicles in various conditions as long as they have salvageable parts.

However, not every vehicle qualifies for donation. If a vehicle has a salvage title or is heavily damaged beyond repair, it may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We strive to accept as many vehicles as possible, but extreme damage or issues may restrict acceptance. If you have any uncertainties, reach out to us for guidance.

Whether it’s navigating a tight parking spot or reaching a remote location, we’re here to help turn your donation into a meaningful contribution for our community.
